Quotes and pricing
Quotes are based on the information you give us about your home. If the home is materially different on arrival, we may need to adjust the price and will talk to you before doing any extra work.
Scheduling and access
We ask for a working door code, key or someone home at the agreed time. Recurring service can be paused or cancelled with reasonable notice so we can plan our routes.

What is not included
Standard cleans exclude moving heavy appliances, work above the second step of a ladder, exterior cleaning, chandeliers, mould, bodily fluids or pet waste removal, and hauling trash off site.
