How much does house cleaning in Denver cost?
Every home is different, so we price by the size and condition of your home rather than a flat guess. Send us your details through the quote form or call (720) 507-6208 and we will give you a real number, usually the same day. Your quote includes everything in our standard checklist — eco-friendly products, HEPA vacuums and our 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Do I need to be home for the cleaning?
No. Most of our clients are at work. You can leave a key or a door code, and we will keep it secure in our system. If you would rather be home the first time, that is completely fine too.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No long-term contract. You can book a one-time clean, or set up recurring service and pause or cancel whenever life changes — we just ask for reasonable notice so we can plan your team’s route.
What if I am not happy with my clean?
Our old fashioned, no questions asked 100% satisfaction guarantee means we come back and make it right. Call or email within 24 hours and we will schedule a re-clean of the areas that fell short.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. We bring HEPA filtered vacuums, electrostatically charged microfiber cloths and Green Seal® certified products made by Denver’s own Ecolab. If you have a product you prefer, leave it out and tell us — we are happy to use it.
Are your products safe for kids and pets?
They are. Every clean uses Green Seal® certified products, which are independently reviewed for human health and environmental impact. There is no harsh bleach or ammonia and no heavy fragrance.
How long does a clean take?
A recurring clean on an average home takes about two to three hours with one maid. A first-time deep clean is longer — a four-bed, four-bath home averages around 7.5 hours. We will tell you what to expect when we quote.
What is not included in a standard clean?
We do not move heavy appliances, clean above the second step of a ladder, clean the exterior of the home, clean chandeliers, handle mould, bodily fluids or pet waste, or haul trash away. Everything else is fair game — ask and we will find a way, or refer you to somebody great who can.
Which areas do you serve?
Denver, Centennial, Englewood, Glendale, Greenwood Village, Highlands Ranch, Littleton and Lone Tree. If you are just outside those areas, ask — we often can.
Can I get a clean before a move or a party?
Yes. Move-in and move-out cleans and one-time deep cleans are booked every week, and we do our best to accommodate short notice.
Do you offer gift cards?
We do. Gift cards can be used toward any Alpine Maids service and are a favourite housewarming or new-parent gift. See our gift cards page for details.
Are you insured and background checked?
Yes. Every maid is an employee, not a contractor, and goes through our own multi-step hiring and background process. We accept fewer than 1% of applicants, pay a living wage, and provide benefits — because cared-for people do caring work.
